Nick continues to look for his father’s killer and visits the airplane mechanic Norman Exley. Norman tells him that the plane did not have any problem. Later, Nick learns that Norman had been blackmailing Brian Sr. about his illegitimate son.
Nick meets Brian Sr. who drops off Brian Jr. in Nick’s office, and leaves Nick to deal with the legal formalities that can ensure his son’s departure. Tripp pressurizes Patrick to announce he’s running for the Senate, unaware about the secret affair that Patrick is having with a transgender woman named Carmelita.
Nick organizes a photo shoot of the entire darling family including the two trained lions, to promote the family. Juliet refuses to be a part of the photo shoot while Karen wants Nick to tell Freddy, that he cannot participate in the photo shoot.
After the photo shoot Jeremy is revealed to be having an affair with a woman named Natalie Kimpton, who is immensely dislike by his sister, Juliet. As the episode ends Nick suspects Tripp of being behind his father’s murder but then he unlocks his father’s briefcase with Tripp’s help and from it he learns about an unknown man named Simon Elder.
